General Questions:
What is a Canine Cot?
Canine Cots are colorful, cool, and comfortable Hawaiian-style cots made
exclusively for your dog. Find out all about Canine Cots by clicking here.
How are Canine Cots better than
dog beds?
Canine Cots are elevated,
keeping your dog off the ground and farther away from fleas and other
insects.
Secondly, the breathable
fabric allows air to pass through the cot, keeping your dog cool.
Some dog beds absorbs moisture due to their non-breathable fabric or dense
cushion insert.
Finally, dogs that use Canine Cots have less chance of getting
elbow calluses
because of the comfortable material and elevated design. Canine Cots may
also provide comfort to dogs with dysplasia, arthritis, or dogs recovering
from surgery.
What sizes do Canine Cots come in?
Canine Cots currently comes in four different sizes to fit most dogs.
There is also a recommended weight for each size. View our sizing
chart for details.
How can I tell which size Canine
Cot to order?
When sizing your cot, take into consideration whether your dog likes to
curl up or stretch out during naps. If your dog always stretches out during
naps, it's probably safer to buy an oversized Canine Cot rather than one
that's just right. View our sizing
chart for assistance.
How do you assemble a Canine Cot?

Are Canine Cots washable?
Canine Cots are hand or machine washable in cold water. Use a mild detergent,
no bleach, hang dry or tumble dry low. The PVC piping used for the Canine
Cots frame can be cleaned simply by using mild soap and water.
Will my Canine Cot fabric fade?
If you leave your Canine Cot outside where it is exposed to direct sunlight,
the fabric will fade over time. To keep your Canine Cot looking new, we
recommend washing it regularly and keeping it indoors and/or lining it
with your dog's favorite pillow or blanket.
Are Canine Cot fabrics and
parts replaceable?
Yes, they are. If you purchased a Canine Cot and need to order a new fabric
or frame, just use the following chart as a guide and contact us to place an order.
| Cot Size |

Can dogs dig through the fabric?
Due to the quilted nature of the fabric, it doesn't take much for
your dog to scratch through the fabric on our Canine Cots. If your dog
is a "digger", we suggest purchasing an additional replacement
fabric, or lining your Canine Cot with a pillow or blanket.
Can my cat use a Canine Cot?
Most definitely! Although marketed towards dogs, Canine Cots can also
be used for our feline friends. We can make custom frames for cats who
like to perch a little higher off the ground than our canine companions.

Dr. Murray Questions:
Do you look that cute in person?
I actually look much cuter in person than in the pictures shown on this
Web site. It must have something to do with the image editing software
my owner uses.
What kind of breed are you?
According to my vet, whom I trust with my life, I am "part golden
retriever, part miniature collie, part this, and part that". People
in Hawaii call this highly intelligent mix a "poi dog".

Are you single or married?
I am currently single and available, although due to an operation when
I was a puppy, I am physically incapable of producing offspring. My vet
says it was for my own good.
What are your hobbies and interests?
I enjoy eating, going to the park, eating, playing frisbee, eating, swimming
at the beach, eating, and sleeping on my Canine Cot. I also love to eat.
Are those prescription or fake
glasses?
What kind of dog would have any reason to wear fake glasses?
